Jenn Grover
Core Consultant | Pittsburgh, PA
I synthesize acute human insight with high-level strategic thinking to build innovative change content, develop capability, and help organizations realize their desired culture.
My Change Catalyst:
Ansel Adams
Photographer | Environmentalist
Ansel Adams revolutionized landscape photography by combining the art of visual composition with the science of light exposure. He literally went places no other photographer would go - because of his pioneering efforts on camera and in conservation, we have a clearer picture of the beauty and vitality of our natural world. In my work, I try to emulate Adams’ commitment to curiosity and experimentation, his pioneering spirit, and his ability to capture ephemeral truth with technical expertise.

This work combines so many areas of interest for me: change strategy, marketing, learning & development, employee engagement & culture - the list goes on and on. I love discovering connections between seemingly unrelated areas and turning those connections into actionable solutions.
But even beyond individual projects, navigating change gives me an opportunity to connect to the bigger picture - to think more deeply about human behavior and how it impacts our approach and methodology. There’s always something more to learn - so there’s always something more to build, explore, and iterate. That spirit of constant innovation lights me up every day.

Fort Pitt Tunnel gives people the most breathtaking ‘first look’ of a city I’ve ever seen. Going into the tunnel from the airport, all you see are highways and suburbs. But when you leave the tunnel on the other end, the iconic skyline of downtown Pittsburgh appears out of thin air. It’s a grand entrance for an awesome city.

Anywhere along the spine of the Rocky Mountains, especially between Colorado and Banff/Jasper in Canada. I just love mountains - the grand scale, the way rivers shape their nooks and crannies. It’s so interesting to watch them change with daily shifts in light and yearly shifts in season - mountains aren’t nearly as static as people think.

I’m a brand ambassador for the nuCamp RV TAB 320 teardrop camper - my dog and I go camping for months at a time, supporting and engaging with other members of the Tab owner community.
I’m also an avid photographer! You can buy prints of my pictures on my website, www.jenngrover.com.
